AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $295,058 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />THE MOSQUITO CONTROL PROGRAM. '- <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $295,058 be appropriated in the General Fund for the <br />Mosquito Control Program. <br /> <br /> 2.
