AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $471,095 IN STATE GENERAL FUNDS <br />RECEIVED FROM THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE <br />SERVICES FOR THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS AND PRETRIAL <br />SERVICES PROGRAM. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $471,095 in state general funds received from the Virginia <br />Department of Criminal Justice Services be appropriated in the General Fund for <br />operatmn of the Community Corrections and Pretrial Services Program. <br /> <br />2.
