AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $100,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />THE PURCHASE OF 301 COLUMBIA STREET. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virg/nia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $100,00 be appropriated in the General Fund for the <br />purchase of 301 Columbia Street. <br /> <br /> 2. That the source of these funds shall be the Undesignated Fund Balance. <br /> <br /> 3.
