Co <br /> <br />Any person engaged in helping any other person with a medical <br />emergency. <br /> <br />A person observed to be in violation of the Curfew who claims to be within <br />one of said exceptions shall have the burden of so proving. <br /> <br />Ifa law enforcement officer observes any person in violation of the Curfew, <br />the officer shall inform the person of the Curfew and order him or her to <br />return home the most direct route.
