2002-35 <br /> <br /> ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-04 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Residential RM-60, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-04, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Office Residential OR-75, and that said <br />property is hereby zoned as Office Residential OR-75. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Residential RM-60 to Office Residential OR-75 is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-02-04 <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of Western Branch Boulevard <br /> and High Street; thence, in a westerly direction approximatley 237' <br /> to a point; thence, in a southwesterly direction approximately 170' <br /> to a point; thence, in a southerly direction approximately 120' to a <br /> point; thence, in a northwesterly direction approximately 333' to a <br /> point of the beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
