2002-34 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF <br />PORTSMOUTH, VIRGINIA (1988), BY AMENDING SECTIONS 10-100 AND 10- <br />108 THEREOF PERTAINING TO THE VOTING PLACES FOR PRECINCTS <br />NO. 16 AND 25. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That Sections 10-100 and 10-108 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia (1988) be amended and reordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 10-100. Precinct No. 16. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 16 shall be at the Cradock Middle School at 21 <br />Alden Avenue. <br /> <br />Section 10-108. Precinct No. 25. <br /> <br /> The voting place for Precinct No. 25 shall be at the John Tyler Elementary School <br />at 3649 Hartford Street. <br /> <br /> 2.
