ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-06 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> l. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Industrial M-I, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-06, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said property zoned as Commercial C-1-K (Conditional), and that <br />said property is hereby zoned as Commercial C-1-K I Conditionai) <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Industrial M-1 to Commercial C-1-K (Conditional} is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-02-06 <br /> <br /> Beginmng on the north side of Frederick Boulevard where <br /> it intersects with the east right-of-way of Interstate 264; <br /> thence, in a northerly and easterly direction along said <br /> Interstate right-of-way approximately 1000' to the west <br /> right-of way of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line <br /> Railroad; thence, southerly along said right-of-way <br /> approximately 840' to a point; thence, westerly 75'; thence, <br /> southerly approximately 180' to the north right-of--way of <br /> Frederick Boulevard; thence, westerly along said right-of- <br /> way approximately 500' to the right-of-way line of <br /> Interstate 264, the point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
