2002-30 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $115,000 IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR A <br />VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENT OF PORTSMOUTH'S WATER SUPPLY <br />SYSTEM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sm of $115,000 be appropriated in the Grants Fund for a <br />vulnerability assessment of Portsmouth's water supply system as required by the Federal <br />Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Act. <br /> <br /> 2. That the source of the funds is a grant from the U.S. Environmental <br />Protection Agency. <br /> <br /> 3.
