AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $139,646 IN THE GRANTS FUND FOR <br />FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $139,646 be appropriated in the Grants Fund for fire <br />protection services. <br /> <br /> 2. That these funds comprise the Fiscal Year 2002 Fire Program Funds <br />allocation from the Virginia Department of Fire Programs. <br /> <br /> That this ordinance shall take effect on the date of its adoption. <br /> <br /> ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a meeting held <br />on June 25, 2002. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br /> <br /> City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
