Sec. 37-251.3. Date of meetings. <br /> <br /> The board shall hold regular meetings on such days and at such hours as may be fixed by <br />the board. Special meetings may be held at such other times as may be fixed by the board or <br />upon the call of the chairperson or, in the chairperson's absence, the vice-chairperson, or upon <br />the call of a majority of the members of the board. <br /> <br />Sec. 37-251.4. Duties and purpose. <br /> <br /> The board shall act in an advisory capacity to the city council with regard to issues <br />affecting the towing or storage of vehicles. The city council shall not adopt any ordinance or <br />enter into a contract involving the towing or storage of vehicles until it has been advised by the <br />board concerning such matters. The city council may assign such other related duties to the board <br />as the council shall deem fit. <br /> <br /> 2.
