2002-25 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $14,853,700 IN THE CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND AND $6,158,000 IN THE PUBLIC UTILITIES CAPITAL <br />IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgima: <br /> <br /> 1.
