2002-24 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $175,000 IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR <br />LAND RECORDS AUTOMATION AND TECHNOLOGY IMPROVEMENTS IN <br />THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE PORTSMOUTH CIRCUIT COURT. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $175,000 be appropriated in the General Fund for land <br />records automation and technology improvements in the Office of the Clerk of the <br />Portsmouth Circuit Court. <br /> <br /> 2. That this appropriation is Contingent upon receipt of a grant in the amount <br />of $175,000 from the State Compensation Board's Technology Trust Fund. <br /> <br /> 3.
