2002-49 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE $471,095 IN THE GRANTS FUND TO <br />SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS AND PRETRIAL SERVICES <br />PROGRAM. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1. That the sum of $471,095 be appropriated in the Grants Fund to support <br />the Community Corrections and Pretrial Services Program. <br /> <br /> 2. That the sole source of these funds is the Virginia Deparunent of Criminal <br />Justice Services. <br /> <br /> 3.
