2002-48 <br /> <br /> ZONING AMENDMENT ORDINANCE Z-02-07 <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virgima: <br /> <br /> 1. That the portion of the zoning map attached to and made a part of the City <br />of Portsmouth Zoning Ordinance which now zones as Commercial C-2, the property <br />described in Petition for Zoning Amendment Number Z-02-07, is hereby amended and <br />changed so as to show said properly zoned as Commerce Park CP, and that said property <br />is hereby zoned as Commerce Park CP. <br /> <br /> 2. That the property affected by this ordinance by being zoned from <br />Commercial C-2 to Commerce Park CP is described as follows: <br /> <br /> Z-02-07 <br /> <br /> Beginning ar the southeast corner of PortCentre and <br /> Jefferson Street; thence, in an easterly direction <br /> approximately 360' to a point; thence, in a southerly <br /> direction approximately 240' to a point; thence, in a <br /> westerly direction approximately 360' to a point; thence, in <br /> a northerly direction approximately 240' to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> <br /> 3.
