The unit fee for utility poles shall be $40.00 per pole. <br />Installation of underground utilities shall be charged as above, The area of land <br />disturbance for purpose of calculating the inspection fee for the installation of <br />underground utilities shall be the linear length of the line installed by three feet wide. <br /> <br /> (b) Residential construction. For each permit issued under this article, an <br />inspection fee of $15.00 per residential lot shall be charged. The inspection fee shall <br />cover any disturbance in the right of way, with the exception of driveway aprons. <br /> <br /> (c) Up to ten individual work locations may be included on one permit if (i) <br />each cut is not larger than one square yard in area, (ii) all such cuts are within 300 linear <br />feet along any one street, (iii) the inclusion of additional cuts will not increase the <br />inspection services required for any one cut, and (iv) all such cuts will be able to be <br />repaved or resurfaced at one time. For each such permit issued, charges for repaving or <br />resurfacing will be levied based on the schedule contained in subsection (b) prorated to <br />the nearest one-tenth of a square yard for the total area involved. <br /> <br /> (d) Should it develop that the amount of land or pavement removed or <br />disturbed was underestimated, the applicant shall pay any resulting difference in fees. <br /> <br />Sec. 32-71. Restoration of disturbed right of way. <br /> <br /> The permittee shall restore all disturbed land and pavement in the right of way.in <br />accordance with the City of Portsmouth Standards and the City of Purtsmouth <br />Engineering Standards for Work m the Right of Way." Broken pavement, large stones, <br />roots and other debris shall not be used in the restoration. <br /> <br /> 2. That Section 32-7 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth be repealed. <br /> <br /> 3.
