AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 30-70 OF CHAPTER 30 OF T~3~ CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, ¥IRGINIA. 1951, FERTAINING TO PENALTIES <br />FOR VIOLATIONS OF ARTICLE V OF SAID CI~APTER, SO AS TO REDUCE Tfl~ <br />MINIMUM FINE 'I~REIDIDER TO TWO DOLLARS. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the council of the City of PortSmouth, Virginia, that <br />Section 30-70 of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City of Portsmo%lth, ¥ir~inis, <br />1951, be amended a~d re-ordained to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 30-70. Penalty for violating preceding sections. <br /> <br />Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of the six pre- <br /> <br />ceding sections shall be fined not less than two dollars nor more than twenty- <br /> <br />five dollars for each offense. <br /> <br />Adopted at a meeting of City CoUncil held on Au~us~ 11, 1959o <br /> <br /> <br />
