(Omitted°) <br /> <br />Section 23-14o Charges for professional football games. <br /> <br /> For the use of the Portsmouth Stadium for professional football games, <br />when the stadium is engaged for as many as ten days daring one season, a <br />charge of seventy-five dollars per day shall be made. <br /> <br />Section 23-15~ Charges £or college football, single professional <br /> football games~ etCo <br /> <br /> For the use of the Portsmouth Stadium for college football~ single <br />games, or professional football or similar athletic events, a charge of one <br />hundred dollars per day shall be made. <br /> <br />Section 23-16. Charges for other engagements. <br /> all <br /> For th~ use of the Portsmouth Stadium, for/engagements, ether than <br />those previously set out in this article, where an admisszon is charged, a <br />charge of thirty-five dollars per day shall be made. <br /> <br />Section 23-18o Stadium lights and field lights. <br /> <br /> If the stadium lights are used by any lessee other than under Section <br />23-7, a charge of forty dollars per night shall be made, which shall be paid <br />in advance when the permit for the use of the stadium is granted. The field <br />lights shall not be used after 12 midnight. <br /> <br />Section 23-19. Circuses, etc0 and injurious uses prohibited0 <br /> <br /> No circus, carnival or entertainment of like nature shall be permitted <br />to use the stadium, nor shall any other use be made of it that will materially <br />injure the property, or the baseball and football fields° <br /> <br />Section 23-20. Subletting prohibited; changes in engagements° <br /> <br /> The stadium shall not be used for any evenT, except that for which it <br />was engaged~ and it may not be sublet. The City 5~anager shall be permitted <br />change engagements when the same do not conflict with prior rentals. <br /> <br /> Section 23-21. Regulation of uss and management; maintenance of park, <br />etc., repair or damage, <br /> <br /> The City reserves the right to regulate the use and managemen~ of the <br />property and will maintain the park and facilities.
