Section 23-22. Dressing Rooms, Woodrow Wilson High School authorities shall have use of two dressing rooms without additional charge and an additional charge of ten dollars per room shall be made to all other lessees (other than under Section 23-7) for the the use of ~he dressing rooms. Section 23-23. When certain charges to be paid° The charge for ~ctivities of the Woodrow Wilson High School and for the privileges of the concessions shall be paid before the 31st day of Decem- ber of each year° All other charges shall be paid ~n advance of the use of the stadium. Section 23-24° Refunds prohibited, and no use without charge. No charge shall be refunded or remitted by any officer of the City or the City Council where use is made of the stadium, and no use shall be made of the stadium without payment of the charges° Section 23-25. Sale of Alcoholic Beverages. No beer or other alcoholic beverages shall be sold in the stadium or on any property of the City adjoining the stadimn, except that any lease pur- suant to Section 23-7 hereof may permit sale of beer at such times specified therein other than on Sundays~ Any person violating this section sDmll be fined not less than ten dollars nor more than one hundred dollars and may forfeit his rights To any lease of the stadium. Section 2: ~at this ordinance shall be effective from and after January 1, 1961.
