(a) In Jefferson Ward there are hereby established two election~dis- tricts to be known as precinct number one, which shall include within its boundaries all that portion of the ward lying east of the center line of Wash- ington Street; and precinct nu_~ber ~wo, which shall include within its boundaries all that portion of the ward lying wes~ of the center llne of Washington Street° (b) In ~&~rshall Ward nhere are hereby established nwo election districts to be kno~rn as precinct nut, her one, which shall include withi~ zus boundaries all that portion of the w~rd lying eas~ of the center line of Elm Avenue; and precinct number two, which shall include within its bo~ndaries all that portion of the ward iyin~ west of the center line of Elm Avenue. (c) In Washington Ward there are hereby established two election districts to be kno~za as precinct number one, which shall include within its boundaries alt that portion of the ward lying west of a line described as beginning at the intersection of the eastern line of the right of way of the Norfolk and Ports- mouth Belt Line Railroad Company with thc northern line of the property of the Seaboard Airline Railroad Company, and running thence northerly along thc cas ~ern line of the ~property of the Norfolk and Portsmouth Belt Line P~ilroad C~mp~ny to its intersection wit~ the center lin~ of Glasgow Street, thence westerly along the center line of Glasgow Stree~ to its intersection with the cen~er llne of Western Branch Road, thence northwesterly along the cen~er line of Western Branch Road ~o its intersection with the center line of Broad Street, and thence northerly along the cen~er line of Broad Street to the Elizabeth River; and precinct number two~ which shall include within its boundaries that portion of the ward lying east of said line. (d) In Tyler Ward there are hereby established ~wo election districts ~o be known as precinct num'ner one, which shall include within its boundaries ali that portion of the ward lying north and west of a linc dcscribee as beginning at the intersection of the center line of Hartford Street with the center line of Pia~il~on Avenue, and runa~in~ thence westerly and southwesterly along the c~n~er line of Hartford Stree~ to its intersection with the center line of L~eust Way, thence southeasterly and southerly along the center line of Locus~ ~v ~o l%s intersection with the center line of County Road, thence northwesterly alon~ the center line of County Roa~ to its intersection with the center line of %~estern Branch Boulevard, and thence northwesterly along the cen~er line of Western Branch Boulevard to the western limits of the City of Portsmouth, in or near the West- ern Brauch of the Elizabeth ~iver; and precinct n~b~r two, which sh~il include within its boundaries all that portion of the wa~/ lying east, south and southwest of said line. (e) In ~mlson Ward there are hereby established two election districts to be know~ as precinct number one, which shall include within its boundaries all that portion of the ward lying north and west of a line described as beginning at the intersection of ~he center line of High Street with the cen~er line of Hamilton Avenue, and running thence southwesterlp along the cen~er line of Airline Boulevard to the center line of Suffolk ~%oad~ co~only kno~ as ~oute 58, and thence along the center line of Suffolk Road (Route 88) to th~ western limits of the City of Portsmouth, ~s same existed prior to January l, 1980; and precinct number two, which shall include within its boundaries all that portion of the ward lying south and eas~ of ~he said line~
