(£) In Harrison Ward there are hereby established two precincts ~o be know~ as precinct number one, which shall include all that portion of the ~rard lying south and east of a line drams from the intersection of the eastern boundar~y line of the ward with the center linc o£ Randolph Street and thence extending west along the center line of Randolph Street to its intersection with the center line of Deep Creek Boulevard. and thence southerly along the c~nter linc of Deep Creek Boulevard to the City Limits, as same existed prior to January 1, 1060; and precinct number two, which shall include all that por- tion of the ward lying north and west of said line~ (g) In Stuart Ward there are hereby established two precincts ~o be known as precinct number one, which shall include alt that portion o£ the ~ard lying southwest, south and southeast of a line passing down the cen~er line of Victory Boulevard fr~m its intersection with the Seaboard Air Line Railroad Company to its intersection with Deep Creek Boulevard, thence along the center line Of Deep Creek Boulevard to the northern boundary of the ward; and precinct number two, which shall include the remaining portion of the ward° (h) In CradSck Ward there are hereby established ~wo precznc~s To be known as precinct number one, which shall include all that portion o~ the ward lying north of a line passing down the center line of Cha~uing Avenue from its intersection with George Washington Highway To its intersection with Victery Boulevard, thence along the csn~er lin~ of Victory Bouieva~i ~o the northern boundary of the ward; and precinct number two, which shall inclua~ the remaining portion of the ward° (i) In Hodges Ward there are hereby established ~wo precincts to be known as precinct number one, which shall include all that portion of the ward lying east of a line described as beginning ar a point in the W stern Branch of the Elizabeth River where the center linc of Watts Lane ex~ended intersects the corporate limits of the City of Portsmouth, running thence in a southerly direc- ~tion along the center line of Watts Lane extended and th~ center line of Watts Lane to Elm Lane, thence along the center line of Elm Lane to Cherokee Road, thence in a southeasterly direction to a point where the center lines of U. S~ Route 58 and State Route 783 intersect, thence along the center line of State Route 783 ~o the center line of the mamn line track of Seaboard Air Line Rail- road Company; and precinct number two, which shall include that portion of the ward lying west of the above-described line. Section 1-21. Voting Places. The voting places in the respective wards of th~~ City shall be as follows: Jefferson Ward: First Precinct -At 415 Glasgow Street, B.S.Ao Troop 208, Second Precincx -At Fire Station~ southeast corner of Effin~ham and North Streets, Jackson Ward: -At School Building at the northeast corner of Washington and King Streets. -4-
