mN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT PORTION OF PORTER ROAD LYING <br />BETWEEN THE EAST LINE OF REID STREET AND THE WEST LINE <br />OF GIL~ERTON BOULEVARD AS PLATTED. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />that that portion of Porter Road lying between the east line of Reid Street <br />and the west line of Gilmerton Boulevard and platted (the said portion of <br />Gilmerton Boulevard having been vacated by ordinance adopted February 14, <br />1961) be, and the same is hereby closed and vacated as a public street, re- <br />serving unto the City of Portsmouth, however, the perpetual easement, right <br />and privilege to maintain, operate and replace the storm sewer drainage pipe <br />now situate within a portion of the area so closed and vacated. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, a~ a <br />meeting held on November 14, 1961. <br /> <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> <br />
