Section 8~1. Application of Sections 5, 6, ?, and 8. <br /> <br /> Wherever the terms "person, firm, corporation or association" <br />or "person" appear ix Sections 5, 6, ?, and $ hereof, the said <br />terms shall be taken to mean any entity whatsoever using the ser- <br />vices and facilities therein described, including specifically, <br />but without limitation, Portsmouth Redevelopment and Housing <br />Authority. <br /> <br /> Section II: that this ordinance being adopted for the sole purpose <br />of evidencing the intent of the Council in adopting the said ordinance on <br />June 27~ I961, the proper officers of the City are directed to secure paMment <br />for all such services rendered on and after July l, 1961~ <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of <br />October 24. 1961. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />the City of Portsmouth~ Virginia, on <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
