AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THAT PORTION OF <br />WESTMORELAND AVENUE BETWEEN THE SOUTH <br />LINE OF BART STREET AND A LINE ONE <br />HUNDRED EIGIIT AND ONE-ItALF FEET SOUTH <br />THEREOF. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that that portion of " <br />'Westmoreland Ave~u~ lying between the south line · <br />of Bart Street and 'a line one hundred eight and -, ' <br />one-half (108.S) feet south thereof be, and the <br />same is hereby closed and vacated as a public <br />street~' reserving unto the City of Portsmouth, <br />'however, the perpetual easement, right and <br /> privilege to maintain, operate and replace all <br /> public utility lines now situate within the area <br /> so closed'and vacated. <br /> <br />Adopted by ~t~e Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />i, at a meeting held October 9~ 1962. <br /> <br /> Teste: <br /> <br />Ci:y Clerk~ <br /> <br /> <br />
