The proposed project area is described as that section of the <br />City of Portsmouth commonly kno~ as Park View mhd more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point in the centertine of ~nn Street where it <br />intersects the western r~ght-of-way line of Fort Lane; thence west along said <br />centerline of i%nn Street to its intersection with the ~ar property line <br />extended of properties fronting on the west side of Webster Avenue: thence <br />north along said proper~y line to the southern property line of the Park <br />View Methodist Church~ thence west to the rear proper~y line of 5aid church; <br />thence north along said rear property line to the southern r~ght-of-way line <br />of A Street~ thence east along said right-of-way line to the rear property <br />line extended of properties fronting on the wesz side of Webster Avenue~ <br />thence north along said property line to the centerline of Bay Street; thence <br />east along said centertine to ~he centerline of Parkview Avenue; thence <br />south along said centertine to the centerline of Naval Avenue: thence east <br />along said cen~erline projected to its intersection with the western right-of- <br />way line of ~orT Lane projected; thence south along said line to the point <br />of beginning° <br /> <br /> 9.
