[d) The term "journeyman'electrician" as used <br />in this ordinance shall be held to mean. a person who <br />possesses the necessary qualifications, training and <br />technical knowledge to install electrical wiring, <br />~pparatus or equipment for light, heat or power, ~nd <br />who is qualified under the terms and provisions of , <br />this ordinance, and he shall be capable of doing <br />electrical work according to the plans and specifi- <br />cations furnished to him, and in accordance with the <br />";:z~tandard rules and regulations governing wiring <br />":-'-instailations in this city. <br /> <br /> {e) The term, "maintenance electrician" as used <br /> in this ordinance shall be held to mean a person who <br /> has qualified and who must be regularly employed to <br /> maintain and make minor repairs to the electrical <br /> wiring~ apparatus and equipment which is installed, <br /> contained and used upon premises or in buildings <br /> owned, occupied or controlled by the person, firm or <br /> corporation by whom the maintenance electrician is <br /> employed, <br /> <br /> (f) The term "electrical contractor' as used <br />in this ordinance shall be held to mean a person, <br />firm or corporation engaging in the business of <br />electrical work. The person in charge of the <br />electrical installations for said person, firm or <br />corporation shall have qualified as a "master <br />etectricimu" according to the terms of this <br />ordinance and possess a master electrician's certificate. <br /> <br /> (g) The term "qualified person" as used in this <br />ordinmnce shall be held to mean any person qualified <br />under the terms and provisions of this ordinance, <br />including-any bona fide o~mer who desires to perform <br />electrical work on his premises in accordance with the <br />terms ~ud provisionsof this ordinance~ . <br /> <br />Sec. 9-36. <br /> <br />~stablishment; composition; appointment <br />and term of appointive members; filling <br />vacancies; compensation. <br /> <br />-2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
