(g) Recommend to the council any action which may <br />be taken which would tend to improve the rating of city <br />bonds so<as to ootal_ the lowest possible interest rate, <br /> <br /> {h] Assist the appropriate officials of the city <br />in the preparation of each bond prospectus. <br /> <br /> (i) Do such other things and make to the council <br />such other recommendations as would, in the judgment of <br />the commission, be conducive to improving the market- <br />ability of city bonds and the city's bond program. <br /> <br /> Section 2: - That this ordinance, being necessary for <br />preservation of the public health, morals and safety, an <br />emergency is declared to exist and it shall take effect from <br />and after its passage. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meeting hel,d February II, 1964. <br /> <br />%ity Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
