(9) The aggregate value of all household and kitchen furniture, in-
<br />cluding gold and silver plates, plated ware, watches and clocks, se~rlng
<br />machines, refrigerators, automatic refrigerating machinery, vacc~m~ cleaners
<br />and all other household machinery, books, firearms and weapons of all kir~.
<br />
<br /> (10) The aggregate vs!ue of all pianos, organs, victrolas, phono-
<br />graphs and records to be used therewith and all other musical instrt~ents of
<br />whatever kind, radio instrt~uents and equipment,
<br />
<br /> (ll) The aggregate value of all oil paintings, pictures, statuary,
<br />curios, articles of virtu and works of art.
<br />
<br /> (12) The aggregate value of all diamonds, cameos or other precious
<br />stones and all precious metals as ornaments of jewelry.
<br />
<br /> (13) The aggregate value of all ships, tug boats, barges, boats or
<br />other craft of five tons burthen or over and all other floating property, not
<br />required to be sssessed by the State Corp_ oration Commission, used for business
<br />or pleasure, together with their tackle, rigging, furniture and all else that
<br />pertains to them or of any share or interest therein, though such boats or
<br />other watercraft or any one of them may not be at the time of the assessment
<br />in waters of the State.
<br />
<br /> (14) The aggregate value of all other tangible personal property not
<br />herein specifically enumerated, including the value of all seines, pound nets,
<br />lykes, weirs and other devices for catching fish and the aggregate value of
<br />all toll bridges, turnpikes and ferries, except steam fe~es G~ned and oper-
<br />ated by a chartered company, and the value of all poles, wires, switchboards,
<br />telephone or telegraph instruments, appartus and other such proper~y, owned
<br />by any perspn, firm association or cmmpany not incorporated.
<br />
<br /> (15) Tangible Personal Property used or employed in trades and
<br />businesses hereinafter mentioned: Amusement business, including theatres of
<br />every kind and class; auctioneers, barbers, including beauty shops, bowling,
<br />billard and pool rooms, collection agencies, contractors, plumbers and steam
<br />fitters, educational institutions whose property is taxable under the Con-
<br />stitution and laws of this State, garage business, hospitals, hotels,
<br />laundries, including cleaning, pressing and dyeing establishments, lodging
<br />and boarding hoases~ motor vehicle carriers, photographs, restaurants, in-
<br />cluding eatiag houses and cafeterias, shoe shining business, taxicabs busi-
<br />ness, including the business of motor vehicle hirirg, transfer business, and
<br />undertakers and funeral directors.
<br />
<br /> (b) ~nere is hereby exempted from the tax imposed by subsection
<br />(2) above, the following classes of household goods and personal effects:

<br />
<br /> (2) Household and .kitchen furniture, including gold and silver
<br />plates, plated ware, watches and clocks, sewing mac~tues, refrigerators,
<br />autc~natic refrigeratirg mac~nery of any type, vaccum cleaners and all other
<br />household machinery, book~, firearms ar~ weapons of ~ll kinds.
