be held on the demised premises. The Lessee shall also have the <br />exclusive advertising rights upon the inside of the te~mporary fences <br />to be constructed surrounding the playing field, a~d e!se~'nere upon <br />the demised premises at such places as the Lessor may ag~ec to in <br />writing, and shall also have all rights to the sale of concessicas <br />and scorecards during any of the events scheduled by the Lessee <br />during the term provided in Faragraph 1, subject to existi~ contracts <br />w~ich the City may have regarding advertising or concessions. <br /> <br /> 3. During the term provided in Paragraph 1, the Lessor shall, <br />during each event requiring the sam~, operate and maiutaLn the <br />electric lighting system presently provided at the demised premises. <br /> <br /> 4. Lessor agrees to provide all electricity and w~ter as may be <br />reasonably necessary for Lessee's use of the demised premises. <br /> <br /> 5. In addition to the use of~ae entire facilities durLng vne <br />Term specified mn Paragraph l, the Lessee shall have the Y~mght to <br />the exclusive use and occupancy of the general manager's office. <br /> <br /> 6. The Lessee agrees that it ~ill protect and save the Lessor <br />harmless from any liability by reason of personal injury :to any <br />person or persons, or property damage to the property of tony person <br />or persons, on the said premises during the term hereof, wi~ich may <br />arise as a result of the use or occupancy of said premises by the <br />Lessee; and the Lessee further agrees to obtai~ snd maintain at its <br />sole expense the following amounts of insurance: <br /> <br /> (a) Bodily Znjury Liability Insurance in an amount not less <br />than $100,000.00 for injuries, including wrongful death, zo any or~ <br />person, and subject to the same limit for each person in ma amount <br />not less than $1,000,000.00 on account of one accident; ~nd <br /> <br /> (b) Property Damage Insurance Lu an amount not less than <br />$5,000.00. <br /> <br /> Each policy of insurance provided hereunder shall name the <br />Lessor as an additional named insured with waiver of governmental <br />inmmmity 0 <br /> <br /> 7. Lessor agrees to provide necessary police for traffic control <br />outside the stadium snd Lessee will provide at its expense police <br />protection except in cases of emergency~ within the stadi/~m. <br /> <br /> 8. During the term of this lease the Lessee shall nov assigD <br />th_is lease nor sublet the premises without first obtainL~ the <br />written consent of the Lessor. In event sny such assi~ment or sub- <br />leasing is authorized by the Lessor, s~ch assigne~ or sub!essee <br />shall be bound by all the terms and condi$ions of this <br /> <br /> <br />
