operated musical machines or musical devices that operate on the coin- in-the-slot principle, nor to operators of viewzng machines or photomat machine~t noM to operators of devices or machines affording rides to children~or for the delivery of newspapers. Every operator who is required by this subsection to take out a license as a coin machine operator shall furnish a complete list of all machines on location and the names and addresses of each location to the Comiissioner of the Revenue upon request. Every such coin machine operator shall deposit with the Commissioner of the Revenue a bond, in the amount of $1,000.00 with surety thereon approved by the Commissioner,.to insure the filing of such lists and the payment of the taxes imposed by this section. Section 63. Contractors and Contracting: Every person conducting, operating or engaging in any of the following businesses, trades, or occupations shall pay an annual license tax of $50.00 for ti~e first $5,000 and $.15 for each additional $100 of his gross receipts, as hereinabove defined, in said business, trade, or occupation for the preceding calendar year: Air conditioning Brick contracting, stone and other masonry Building Cement Concrete Dredging, sand and gravel Electrical Floor scraping or'finishing Foundations Interior decorating Paint, paper decorating Plastering Plumbing, heating, steamfitting, gasfitting Road, street, bridge, sidewalk, curb and gutter Sewer drilling and well digging Structural metal Tile, glass, flooring, floor covering Trimming trees and shrubs Wrecking, moving, excavating Other contractors and contracting. Section 64. Dance Halls -- Public: Every person engaging in the operation of a dance hall, or any public hall open to the general public where dancing is permitted, to which an admission fee is charged, or fo~ which compensation is in any manner received, either directly or indirectly, by cover charge or other- wiss, shall pay a license tax of $1OO.O0 per annum. 22 -
