Sec. 37A-32. Ygno may tap or connect ~th main. No parson, except those properly au~norized by the water department~ shall tap or make any connection with the ma~ or distributir~ pipes of the water department. Sec. 37A-3~. Access to pramises. Tae duly authorized agents of the water depar~,"ment s~ll have free access at all reasonable hours to all par~s of any premises to which ~rater is or may be supplied to make the aecessary inspections of pipes and fixtures. Sec. 37A-34. U~uthorized use of water. Any consumer who shall permit othars, not members of his family, to use water from his pipe to avoid the payment of c~mrges for water service, and anyone who shall thus obtain water, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Sec. 37A-35. ~,~nomay do work in connection with water service. No one, except a licensed plumber or an employee of the city, shall be permitted to do any work in connection with the watar service to any pramises supplied by the city water department~ Sec. 37A-36. Water service connections a~ maintenance. (a) New water service connections. %~enever application is =~ude pursuant to section 37A-6 of t~his article for the installation of a new water service connection the applicant shall make the payment or deposit hereinafter specified. The size and location of any such water service connection shall bedetermined by the director of p~olic utilities. Such payment or deposit shall cover the follov~irg services, m~teriais and labor: installing waver service connection between the water main and the meter, shut-off valve at the meter, outlet fitting on meter, or metersetter, meter box and meter, all Of which sb~ll be ~.~ed ar~ thereafter maintained by the rater department..
