However, if it is deemed advisable by the director of public <br />utilities, a blanket deposit of one humdred dollars for each twenty-five <br />lots in the section beir~g developed may be made when a project of twenty- <br />five or more units is to be constructed by the same o~a~er. Such deposit <br />shall be refunded ~;gnen the last house constructed on this unit of twenty- <br />five lots is completed and all outstanding bills have been paid. <br /> <br />Sec. ~7A-27. Area composing Portsmouth Division. <br /> <br /> Tne city of Portsmouth and the area of the city of Chesapeake served <br />by the v~ter'department shall constitute the Portsmouth Division <br /> <br />Sec. 37A-28. Payment of water bills generally in Portsmouth <br /> Division. <br /> <br /> Ail quarterly accounts in the Port~mouth Division shall be billed <br />on a cycle of approximately ninety days. Bills for ¥~ter supplied in <br />such division, including charges for sewage disposal service and util- <br />ity taxes based thereon, if any, are due mud payable upon presentation, <br />and if not paid within fifteendays fram billing date, the service may <br />be discontinued without further notice. <br /> <br /> Payment of suc~ bills shall be ~de at the office of the water depart- <br />ment on the days and during the hours thereof the office is open for <br />business, or such parvenu may be made at any collection agency estg01ished <br />by the director of public utilities for that purpose on the days and dur- <br />ing the hours thereof such collection agencies are open for business <br /> <br /> Payment of such bills at collection agermies and regulatior~'and <br />accounting procedures pertainimg thereto shall be as prescribed by the <br />director of public utilities. Each collection agency shall be bonded <br />in the ~ount of two thousand dollars and the bond and contract of <br />appointment shall be ~oproved as to fom by the city attorney. <br /> <br />Sec. 37D~29. Area composing Suffolk Division. <br /> <br /> ~ne city of Suffolk ar~ the area of Nans~aond County served by the <br />water department shall cor~titute the Suffolk Division. <br /> <br />Sec. 37A-30.
