I hereby apply to the Portsmouth Water Department for a sup- ply of water for Premise No .......................... Street, between.. ................ Street and ................. Street. I ~gree To pay for all water f~rnished on said premises au the rate now or hereafter established, and all sewage disposal charges assessed sgainst the said pramises in accordance with the ordi- nances goverr~rg sewage disposal charges, and that the water shall be used on the pramises o~ly, and without waste, and to be bomnd in all things by the stipulation and conditions of wa~er supply now or hereafter mubraced in the City Code, and the rules which may be from time to time adopted; and to permit the sgents of the water department, at all reasonable times to visit and inspec~ the described premises. It is understood and agreed that the City of Portsmouth shall not be liable in the event of the stoppage of the water supply and that if water is ~asted on accoun~ of lea~y pipes or fixtures or any other cause or if waver bills ar~ sewage disposal bills are not paid at the proper time or for a violation of ar& other rule of the water department, or sewage disposal depar~aent, the department shall have the r~jat to cut off the water at any time; o~ne~.~ise this contract shall continue in force until cancelled in ~riti~g by PORTSI.~DUfH WATER DEPARI~T ....................
