(4) kny person engaged in the business of in- <br />stalling 6r repairirg air conditioning equip- <br />ment may be issued a limited certificate to do <br />electrical work incident to the installation <br />or repair of such equipment. <br /> <br />(5) Any person engaged in the business of in- <br />stalling, maintainirg and repairing burglar <br />alam systems :,nay be issued a limited certi- <br />ficate to do electrical work incident to in- <br />stalling, maintaining and repairing such equip- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> (b) The extent of any electrical work to be <br />performed under a limited cerzificate shall be deter- <br />mined by the building official; provided~ however~ <br />no person holdirg a limited certificate shall be <br />permitted to do any electrical work beyond the . <br />load side of the equipment disconnect device. <br /> <br /> (c) Any limited certificave issued under the <br />previsions of subsection (a) of this section shall <br />specify the class or classes of electrical work <br />permitted to be done under such certificate. <br /> <br /> (d) The buildin~ official may revoke any <br />limited cersificase for failore to correct faulty <br />work, doin~ electrical work without a permit; doing <br />electrical work not permitted under such certificate, <br />or for any other good ar~ sufficient cause con- <br />sistent with~e provisions of this chapter. <br /> <br />Sec. 9-39. <br /> <br />E~nplo~aent of person not certified <br />as master etectricia~ to do electrical <br />work. <br /> <br /> It shall be unlawful for ar~¥ o~,naer~ lessee or <br />agent or any person havi~o any authority or duty in <br />connection with any building or premises to know- <br />ingly employ any person to do any electrical work <br /> <br />-3- <br /> <br /> <br />
