Sec. 9-5. Pe~it Required; prerequisites to issuance. NO improv~r~ent, structural or otherwise, in a Historic District shall be located, constructed, reconstructed, altered, rep~ed or da.uolished uoless a permit therefor zs ~ssued by the BumzdLng Ofzmcmal. No such building penmit shall be issued by the Buildir. ~ Official u~less a certificate o~opropriateness is issued for the purpose by the C~mmission to the owner bhereof; and the location, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair or damolition thereof Otherwise cmupiies with the requiraments of the BuildinE Code and other ordir~auces and laws applicable and relatin~ thereto; except, as other~_se provided in Section 9-11. · Sec. 9-6. Application for Permits.
