[c) The director shai1 render bills for service charges <br />under sections 13-24 and 13-25 weekly. <br />(d) ~ere the mn~ount cf excess service charges of the <br />service charges under section 15-24 or 13-25 warrant, the <br />director may require an advance deposit against future <br />service charges. <br />(e) All bills rendered under this article are due and <br />payable at the office of the city treasurer upon presentment <br />and shall be considered delinquent if not paid within Fifteen <br />days of the date issued~ If any- bill is not paid within <br />such fifteen day period, an additional charge of ten dollars <br />shall be added thereto and collected therewith to cover <br />costs of collecting. <br /> <br />2.
