. WHEREAS, Associated Naval Architects, Inc. ~ and ~seaborne J. <br /> <br />Flournoy and Georgia L. FIournoy, husbsnd and wife, have made application <br /> <br /> ' ~ escrmbed street; and <br />to vacate, close and discontinue the hereinafter d ' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by resolution of this Council, adopted March 26, 1968, <br /> <br />viewers were appointed pursuant to Section 15.1-~64 of the Code of <br /> <br /> Virgipia, 1950, as amended, to view the hereinafter described street, <br /> <br />· and to report in writing whether in their opinion, any, and if any, what <br />inconvenience would result From discontinuing the hereinafter described <br /> <br />street; arxl <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the said viewers have reported in writing that in <br />their opinion no inconvenience would result fro~ closing and discontinuing <br /> <br /> % <br />said street. <br /> <br /> NOW, 171EREFORE, BE IT 0RDAIi·fED by the Comncil of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, that that portion of Fourth Avenue in West Norfolk <br /> <br />lying between the Southern right of ~y line of Wasbing~o~ Street and <br /> <br />its southern terminus in the Elizabeth River be, and the s~ne is hereby <br />closed and vacated as a public street. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a'meeting held April ~3~ 1968. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
