AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 25-25 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOU~I~q, VIRGINIA, <br />1961, PERTAINING TO THE SCHEDULE OF FEES <br />FOR USE OF T~E NATIONAL GUARD A~0RY. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, that Section 25-25 of the Code of the City of Ports- <br />moUth, Virgir~ia, 1961, be amended andreordained to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 25-25. Schedule of fees. <br /> <br /> (a) For use by a non-profit organization, provided no <br />charge for a~mission is made: $200.00 per day or fraction <br />thereof. <br /> <br /> (b) For use by a non-profit organization, if a charge <br />for ac~mission is made: $300.00 per day or fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (c) For use by a commercial organization (one'show): <br />$450.00 per day or fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (d) For use by a commercial organization (two or more <br />shows): $600.00 per day or fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> (e) For use as a commercial exhibition or exposition <br />center or as a convention centerby a commercial or non-com- <br />mercial organization: $200.00 per day or fraction thereof. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, <br />at a meetingheld on October 22, 1968. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
