That Section i of Ordinance No. 1968-52 be anended and re- <br />ordained to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Portsmouth C~arter Cmanission -~ creation; composition. <br /> A cc~nission, to be ~kn~ as the Portsmouth Charter Cc~mission, is <br />hereby created. The cmunission shall consist of seven members appoint~dm by <br />the Council. All menbers shall be residents of the city. <br /> <br /> 2.
