That the Code of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be amended <br />by adding thereto new sections numbered 18-89.3 an~ 18-89.4 and by amending <br />section 18-102 thereof, such new and amended sections to read as follows: <br /> <br />Sec. 18-89.3 City Park Avenue between City Park Drive and Park Manor Road <br /> <br /> City Park Avenue between City Park Drive and Park Manor Road is hereby <br />designated a one-way street. It 'shall be unlawful for any person to drive <br />south on City Park Avenue between City Park Drive and Park M~nor Road. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-89.4 City Park Drive between City Park Avenue and Park Manor Road. <br /> <br /> City Park Drive between City Park Avenue and Park Manor Road is <br />hereby designated a one-way street. It shall be unlawful for any person to <br />drive in a clockwise direction on City Park Drive between City Park Avenue <br />and Park Manor Road. <br /> <br />Sec. 18-102 King Street between a point 245 feet east of Court Street and <br /> Harbor Drive. <br /> <br /> Ki~g Street between a point 245 feet east of the center line of Court <br />Street and Harbor Drive is hereby designated a one-v~y street. It shall be <br />unlawful for any person to drive any ve~icle east on King Street between a <br />point 245 feet east of the center line of Court Street and Harbor Drive. <br /> <br /> 2. That section 18-102.1 of the Code of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia, 1961, be, and the same is, hereby repealed. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, Virginia, at a <br />meeting h&ld October 8, 1968. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
