The s-rmual fee for such license shall be $500.00; <br />and no such license shall be issued except on direction by the City C~r~cil. <br /> <br />Sec. 13-30 Bond Required. <br /> <br /> (a) No such license sbmll be issued, or effective unless there is on <br />file with ~h ' <br /> u_.e city a cash bond or a bond with a corporate surety in the perml <br />amou~nt of $5,000.00 to assure t.at: <br /> <br /> 1. The licer~ee, bis agents and servants, will co~oly with <br />all of the terms, conditions, provision requirements and specifications <br />contained in this article. <br /> <br /> 2. The licensee, his agents and servs-nts, %~ll'faithfully <br />operate the land£it for ~bich the permit is issued in accordance ~ith <br />the provisions of this article. <br /> <br /> 3. ~ne licensee, bis agents and serv'ants, ~!1 save harmZess <br />the city from ~ny expense incu_r~ed through the failure of the permitee, <br />his agents s~nd se~ants, to operate and m~intain the landfill as required <br />by this article including any expense the city may be put to for correcting <br />any conditions or violation of t~his ordiD~mnoe with the city's or its <br />agentB labor and equipment whenever the Building Official determines it <br />is necessary for the city to correct s_ny condition in vioiation of this <br />ordinance, or from any damages gro~q_~ out of the negligence of the <br />permittee or his agents or servants. <br /> <br /> (b) Before acceptance, all bonds shall be approved by the City Attorney. <br />If a corporate bond is offered, it shall be executed by a co~.~!oanj authorized to <br />transact business in this state as a surety. If a cash bond is offered, it <br />shall be deposited with the treasurer of the city, who shall give bis official <br />receipt therefor, recitir~ that said cash has been deposited in compliance m~th <br />and subject to the provisions of this ordir~nce. <br /> <br />Sec. 13-31 ~=Dplication of License. <br /> <br /> (a) Applications for such Licenses shall be filed with the Building <br />Official and shall contain a description and ~tat of the lmnd on which the <br />l~kndfill operation is proposed; a descriptio~of the sequence and plan of <br />operation; availability of the equipment for ~ater s~ply; type smd capacity <br />of equipment to be used for operations; pls-ns for fire, nuissm, ce and vermin <br />control; existing and proposed roadv~ysan~ easements; existing topo~aphy <br />and m~ter courses, t~gether ~ith a dia~m s-nd ,~itter_ statemenz e~laim~r~ <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br /> <br />
