NOW, ~_~-Pm~OPGE, BE IT O~D~ff_h~ED by the Council of the City of Ports- mouth, Virginia: h ~nat the Code of the City of Portsmouth, :f~gmnma 1961, be amended by addirg to Chapter 14 thereof, a new article nt~mbered III, cor~sisting of t~bree sections~ such new article to read as follows: Section !~-10. Co~vmmnity Mental Health Services Bos~d ast~lmsned. The Co~vmm~ity Mental Health Services Board of the City of Portsmouth is hereby estgolished. Section 14-11.
