Public grade schools and private schools having curricula approximately the <br />same as ordinarily given in public sc~°°ls, including gymnasi~us and, assembly <br />halls in conjunction therewith. <br /> <br />Public utility distribution lines, transformers and necessary related facilities. <br /> <br />Railroad rig~ht~ of way. <br /> <br />signs: illuminated indirectly or~ but not billboards and limited to one square <br />foot of surface area for each linear foot of street frontage. <br /> <br />Tourist hmmes operated as an incidental hmme occupation. <br /> <br /> (b) Within the Office Residential 0R-75 District the following uses <br />may be permitted upon the granting of a use i~ermit aS provided in this article: <br /> <br />Boat launching rmups, hoists. <br /> <br />Cemeteries. <br /> <br />Convalescent and nursing hemes and homes for the care of children. <br /> <br />Hospitals and s~uitariums. <br /> <br />Marina: a snail harbor or boat bas~ providing dock~e, supplies or services <br />fer small pleasure craft, including related facilities for the display and sale <br />of small pleasure craft. <br /> <br />Pablic or private schools, colteEes or universities. <br /> <br />Public u2itity transformer stations, transmission lines and towers, telephone <br />exchanges, water department, storage and pumping facilities, and sewerage <br />treatment plants and p~mpirg stations, but not service or storage yards. <br /> <br />Section 5-7. Residential R-75, Residential R-75-S and Office Residential 0R-75 <br /> District Dimensional Requirements. <br /> <br /> Within the Residential R-75, Residential R-75-S and Office Residential 0R-75 <br />Districts as sho%~m on the Zoning ~p, all the followir~ dimensional requiraments <br />shall be complied with: <br /> <br /> (a) Mind~m~m required plot area in the Residential R-75-S m~ Office Resi- <br />dential 0R-75 Districts and for the first dwelldmg unit in the Residential R-75 <br />District 7,500 square feet <br /> <br /> (b) Minimzn additional plot area per dwelling unit for each ur~t in excess <br />of one in the Residential R-75 District ........... 3~000 sedate feet. <br /> <br /> (c) ~4i~nrequ~ed plot width: for the Residential R-75-S District ~r~ <br />for the first dweliirg umAt in the Residential R-75 District .................. <br />............................... 50 feet; for the Office Residential OR-75 District <br />......................................................... 75 feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
