Horses, cows, sheep, goats~ and other livestock, with the exception of hogs, <br />as incidental and accessory to residential usage~ on a plot of not less t~an <br />20,000 sq. ft., provided that not more than one such animal over six montb~ <br />of age is permitted for every 5000 sq. ft. if fenced lot area not covered <br />by the principal building, and provided further that no barn or stable is <br />less than 40 feet frmu any property line. <br /> <br />Horses, cows, shee~, goats, and other livestock, with the exception of hogs, <br />on a plot of not less than five acres, provided that no barn or stable is <br />less than forty feet fram any property line. <br /> <br />Hospitals ar~ sanitarit~ms of less t~.~n 30 bed capacity not' treating contagious <br />diseases and not for the care of ~eptleptics or liquor patients; charitable in- <br />stitutions which are not of a correctional nasure and which are not intended ~ <br />for care of insane er feebleminded patients; all provided that the building <br />or buildings be located not less than 50 feet fram any property line. <br /> <br />Incidental accessory retail uses such as cafeterias, gift or variety shops, <br />soda bars conducted solely for the convenience of the auployees, patients, <br />patrons or visitors on the premises, -guolly within tbs principal.build~ <br />and without exterior advertising display. <br /> <br />iudividual keeping of non-transient boarders or lodgers by a resident family <br />provided not more than 25~ of the total floor area i~ one dwelling unit used <br />for living p~rposes is de'coted to such occupancy. <br /> <br />Incidental home occupations as defined in Section 3r2. <br /> <br />Laboratories for research and testing. <br /> <br />Lodges, fraternal and social organizations provided that any such establish- <br />ment shall not be conducted primarily for gain. <br /> <br />N~n~conforming uses and structures as provided in Sections 3-3 through 3-10. <br /> <br />Office buildings; goverrmental ar~ private, including professional offices. <br /> <br />0rphm~ges and charitable institutions, provided that no buitdirg so msed s~hall <br />be within 100 feet of a~y plot line. <br /> <br />Police and fire stations. <br /> <br />Poultry, fowl, rodents, and apiaries~ ~en housed ~nd/or fenced not less than <br />15 feet fram a~ property line, as incidental ar~ accessory to residential <br />usage ~rovided not more than one adult, over six months of age, is pe~uuitted <br />for every 100 square feet.
