IO feet. <br /> <br />(e) Minimum required front yard ...................... 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (f) Minim~n required building serb.ack line. Every building in the Resi- <br />dentia! R-75, the Residential R-75-S and Office Residential 0R-75 districts <br />shall be set back at least 50 feet from the center line of the street umon <br />which the lot fronts and 40 feet from the center line of any adjoining side <br />street, except that every building adjacent to a street which has a building <br />setback line prescribed in the City Code shall be set back in accordance <br />therewith. <br /> <br /> (g) Mz[numum side yard for one or two stories. The minimum required side <br />yard for every plot occupied by a one or two story structure shall ~be 10 per- <br />cent of the plot width, but not less than five feet except tb~t any side yard <br />abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet. <br /> <br /> (h) Minimum side yards for mlti-story buildings. The minimum required <br />side yard for every plot occupied or to be occupied by a structure of more <br />than two stories shall be determined as in subsection (g) immediately above, <br />except that five additional feet shall be added to each of the side yards so <br />determ~ined for each full story of building height in excess of two stories. <br /> <br /> (i) Minimum required rear yard is 25 feet except that corner lots may <br />h~ve a rear yard of not less than 15 feet provided that one side yard has a <br />width of at least 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (j) MaxLmum oermissible plot coverage. The total ground area covered by <br />the principal building and all accessory buildings or structures shall not ex- <br />ceed 30 percent of the total plot area. <br /> <br /> (k) Height of buildings. In the Residential R-75-S and Office Residential <br />0R-75 Districts, no building shall exceed three stories in height. <br /> <br /> (1) Location of accessory buildings. No accessory building shall be erect- <br />ed in m~y requ~ed front or side yard, or ,~thir~ 15 feet of m~ry street line, or <br />within five feet of any plot line not a street line. <br /> <br /> (m) Off-street automobile parking. Space for this function shall be pro- <br />vided as specified in Section 3-16. <br /> <br /> (n) Corner visibility. On a ccrner plot, vn~thin the area formed by the <br />center lines of the intersecting streets arJ a line joining points on such <br />center lines at a distance of 80 feet from their intersection, there s ~hall be <br />no obstruction to ~_sion between a height of three feet and a height of ten <br />feet~above the average grade of each street at the center line thereof; pro- <br />vided, however, this section sb~ll not ~oply to United States ~m~mit boxes, <br />police s~nd fire alarm boxes, public utility poles, street r~me markers, offi- <br />cial traffic signs ar~d control devices, fire hydrants, and tree trur2~s wolth <br />circunueerence not greater t~han five feet. <br /> <br /> <br />
