(f) M'mninm~ side yards. ~he mdni~m requ~_red side yard on ever~j <br />ploy occupied by a one or two story structure, other than a row house, shall <br />be ten percent of the plot width but not less than five feet, except that <br />any side yard abutting a street shall be at least 15 feet. The end dwelling <br />in a row house structure shall have a side yard of at least five feet except <br />that any side yard abutting a street ~halt be at least 15 feet and there <br />shall be a mininm~ distance of 15 feet between the end dwellings of separate <br />row house structures. <br /> <br /> (g) ~imum side yards for multi-story buildings. The ~'onmimum <br />required side yards for every plot occupied by a structure of more than two <br />stories other than a row house shall be determined as in subsection (fY im- <br />mechiately above, except that four additional feet shall be added to each of <br />the side yards so determined for each full story of building height in ex- <br />cess of two stories. <br /> <br /> (h) Minirmlm required res_~ yard is 25 feet except that corner lots <br />may have a rear yard of nov less than 15 feet pro~zided that one side yard <br />has a width of at least 25 feet. <br /> <br /> (i) Maximum permissible plot coverage other than for row houses. <br />The total ground area covered by the principal building and all accessory <br />buildings or structure shall not exceed 35 percent of the total plot area. <br /> <br /> (j) Location of accessol~y buildings. No accessory building shall <br />be erected in any required front or side yard, or ~ithin fifteen feet of any <br />street line, or within five feet of any plot line not a street 1Lne. <br /> <br /> (k) Off-street automobile parking. Space for this function sb~l! <br />be provided as specified in Section 3-16. <br /> <br /> (1) Corner visibility.
