Sec. <br /> <br />32-16~ Intersections. <br /> <br /> Property lines at street intersections shall be rounded <br /> with a radius of l0 feet, or of a greater radius where the plan- <br /> ning commission may deem it necessary. The planning commission <br /> may permit chords in the place of rounded corners. Street curbs <br />~at intersections shall be rounded by radii of at least 12 feet. <br /> <br />Sec. 32-17. Lots. <br /> <br /> (a) The size, shape and orientation of lobs shall <br />be appropriate for the location and for the type of development <br />contemplated. <br /> <br /> Kb) Residential lots shall have an average width <br />of not less than 60.feet and an area of not less than 6,000 <br />square feet, Where no public sewer is available the average <br />width shall not be less than 75 feet and the-area not less than <br />10,000 square feet for each dwelling unit.
