Sec. 32-14. Rights-of-way and Easements. <br /> <br /> (a) Street right-of-way widths <br />in thamaJor street plan and where not <br />be less than as follows: <br /> <br /> shall be as shown <br />shown therein shall not <br /> <br />Street Type Risht of Way <br /> <br />Arterial 100' <br />Collector 60' <br />Minor 50' <br />Marginal Access 40' <br />Alleys 24' <br /> <br /> (b) All dead-end streets, designed to be so perma- <br />nently, shall terminate in a circular turn-around, having a mini- <br />mum right-of-way diameter of 100 or a "T" shaped turning space <br />with a right-of-way width of not less than 60 feet and a length <br />of each stub of not less than 30 feet or more than 50 feet. <br /> <br /> (c) Temporary dead-end streets (streets carried to <br />boundary of tract for future e~tension in adjoining property) may <br />be provided with a "T" shaped turning space in the place of the <br /> Right-of-way ~or the shall not'be <br />required turningcircle. ' ~ "T" <br />less than 60 feet. <br /> <br /> (d) Easements across lots or centered on rear or <br />si6e lot lines shall be provided for u~ilities and surface drainl <br />age where necessary, and shall be at least 12 feet wide. Grades of curves of streets. <br /> <br /> (a) No street grade shall be less than 0.25 per <br />cent. On streets where curb, gutter, catch basins and storm <br />sewers are not provided, no grade shall be tess than 0.4 per <br />cent. <br /> <br /> (b) The radii of curvature on the center line of <br />streets shall not be less ~han t~e following: <br /> <br /> Street Typ~ Radius of Curvature <br /> <br />Arterial' ~ .300' <br />Collector 2b0' <br />Minor ~- iG0~ <br /> <br />~ ~ feet long shall be pro- <br />collector streets. <br /> <br /> <br />
