which will be required'as ~ prerequisite to approval of the <br />subdivision plat._ Preliminary plat approval shall confer <br />upon the subdivider the following rights for a one-year <br />period from the date of preliminary approval: <br /> <br /> (a) That the general terms and conditions upon <br />which the preliminary subdivzs on blab approval was granted <br />will not be changed, and <br /> <br /> (b) That the said subdivider may submit on or <br />before the expiration date the whole or part of said p~at for <br />final approval. <br /> <br />Sec. 32-7. Einal plat approval. <br /> <br /> The subdivider shall within one year after oreliminary <br />plat approval by the planning com.mission, apply in writing for <br />approval of the final subdivision plat and submit for file five <br />paper copies and one reproducible tracing thereof; and he shall <br />submit a fee with the application as required by section 32-21 <br />of this chapter. The final subdivision plat shall be submitted <br />in accordance with section 32~11 of this chapter. Approval of <br />the fina~ subdivision plat shall be evidenced within fifteen <br />days on the face thereof by signature of the planning director. <br />The subdivider may file for final approval of a portion o£ the <br />approved preliminary subdivision plat which he proposes to record. <br />Any substantial change in the proposed final subdivision plat <br />from the approved preliminary subdivision plat shall constitute <br />grounds for referral of the plat by the planning director to the <br />planning commission at its next regular meeting. At each regu- <br />lar co~mmission meeting, the planning director shall report on <br />the approval of final plats. It shall be unlawful for anyone <br />to alter a final subdivision plat after the planning director <br />has affixed his signature thereto, without his permission in <br />writing, and a plat so altered without written permission shall <br />be null and void. <br /> <br /> The approval of the final ~ ~ <br /> ola~ shall not become finally <br />effective u~til the subdivider has made or provided for the im- <br />provements required pursuant to sections 32~18 and 32-19 of this <br />chapter to the satisfaction of the city engineer. <br /> <br /> Sec. 32-8.
