THE <br />SOUTHERN STANDARD PLUMBING CODE, 1967 EDITION. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> l~ .That Section 29.1-21.1 of the Code of the City of <br />Portsmouth, Virginia, 1961, be amended and re0rdained to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section 29.1-21.1. Southern ~Standard Plumbing Code adopted by <br /> Reference. <br /> <br /> All plumbing work and all material and:~appliances used in ..... <br />connection with plumbing work-and ths operati6n, of all plUmbing fix- <br />tures ~within the city hall conform to the rules and requirements of <br />the Southern Standard Plumbing Code, 1967 EditiOn, including the 1970 <br />Revision, adopted by the Southern Building Code Congress for the in- <br />stallation of plumbing fixtures, which rules ~nd requirements are here- <br />by adopted and approved and made a part of this Code as fully as if <br />every word, were printed herein; provided~ that such rules and require- <br />ments are not in conflict with the'laws of the state or the other or- <br />dinances of the city. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of P~rtsmouth, Virginia, <br />meeting held August ll, 1970. <br /> <br />Teste: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
