ORDIH, HCE HO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BUILDING CODE OF THE CITY OF PORTSMOUTH, <br />'1970, BY ADOPTING THE 19?0'REVISION TO THE SOUTHERN STANDARD BUILD- <br />ING CODE. <br /> <br /> Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Portsmouth, <br />Virginia: <br /> <br /> 1.
